Balance and TON deposits

How payments are matched to balances and orders.

Availability

Deposits will open after the service completes verification on Fragment. Do not send funds while the deposit form reports that payments are unavailable.

Transfer

1. Once deposits are available, choose Add funds and an amount from 0.1 to 1,000 TON.
2. Open Tonkeeper using the payment link, or copy the address and required comment.
3. Send the exact amount of native TON on the TON network. Jettons, USDT and other networks are not credited automatically.
4. The balance updates after blockchain verification. Check transfer reads the latest verified state; the worker normally runs every 15 seconds.

If a transfer is missing

A late transfer with the correct comment and exact amount can be credited after the invoice expires. Missing comments or mismatched amounts require support reconciliation using the transaction hash. Do not pay again until the first transfer is resolved.

Service wallet

Your balance is an account in the service ledger. TON is held in the operator wallet and used to pay Fragment orders. It is not a separate blockchain wallet owned by each customer. Automatic withdrawals are not implemented.
